Brent Moore is a former command-level investigator with the Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS), bringing over 17 years of experience in commercial vehicle enforcement, hazardous materials regulation, and compliance investigations.

He is retained by attorneys and organizations in matters involving FMCSA compliance, hazardous materials transportation (49 CFR), and commercial vehicle safety. His work includes case review, regulatory analysis, expert reporting, and sworn testimony in litigation and regulatory proceedings.

During his tenure with DPS, Mr. Moore served in investigative and leadership roles including FMCSA Compliance Investigation Officer, Safety Auditor, and Special Operations Commander. He led teams conducting carrier compliance reviews and safety audits and worked closely with legal counsel on regulatory interpretation, enforcement actions, and evidentiary development.

Mr. Moore is certified by the FMCSA National Training Center as an Associate Staff Instructor and has trained inspectors and investigators nationwide. He has contributed to the development of national-level training programs and is recognized as a subject matter expert in advanced investigative techniques and hazardous materials enforcement.

His opinions are grounded in real-world enforcement experience—not theoretical interpretation. He specializes in translating complex regulatory frameworks into clear, defensible opinions for attorneys, judges, and juries.

Mr. Moore holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees (summa cum laude) in Interdisciplinary Studies (Public Safety and Security) and Political Science from Columbus State University. He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command and is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Georgia State University.
